Chatra Divas celebrated in memory of Bodofa Upendranath Brahma at Lakhimpur Commerce College on 01-04-2025.

As  per  the  directives  of  the  Government  of  Assam,  Chatra  Divas was  commemorated  in honor  of  Bodofa  Upendranath  Brahma  on  01-04-2025  at  Lakhimpur Commerce College campus. The event commenced with the welcoming of dignitaries at the program. Md. Sazzad Hussain, Vice Principal of college presided over the meeting. The program started with a floral tribute by guests, faculty members and students of college. Mrs. Runjun Baruah, Librarian of college was invited as the Resource Person to address Bodofa Upendranath Brahma's contributions to the society and she detailed on Bodofa Upendranath Brahma's ideas and philosophy. A number of faculty members, office staff and students participated at the event. Dr. Lohit Hazarika, Principal of college appreciated for the successful completion of the program. The program was ended with vote of thanks to all the contributors who have provided assistant in the successful completion of the program.
