An Online Webinar on Principles of Investing was organised by Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in association with Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai on 18th May, 2022. The webinar was inaguarated by Dr. Lohit Hazarika, Principal, Lakhimpur Commerce College. Ms. Marina Jose, Resource Person of the Webinar delivered lecture on the topic of Principles of Investing. She emphasised on the use of investment opportunities available in the share market. She also delivered lecture on the volatility of the share market and measures to be taken to lessen the risks involved in the investment market. Dr. Dadul Rajkonwar, Coordinator of the webinnar, delivered vote of thanks and ended the programme successfully.

An Online Webinar on Financial Literacy was organised by Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in association with Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai on 20th May, 2022. Dr. Lohit Hazarika, Principal, Lakhimpur Commerce College delivered a speech on the topic of financial literacy and inaguarated the webinar. Dr. Dadul Rajkonwar, Coordinator of the webinar explained the objective of the webinar. Ms. Gayatri Joshi, Resource Person of the Webinar delivered lecture on the topic of Financial Literacy. She emphasised on the use of investment opportunities available in the securities market. A good number of students and teachers participated in the webinar. Dr. Manoj Kr. Sil, Assistant Professor, Department of Hindi delivered vote of thanks and ended the programme successfully.
