The first foundation day of Assam Recitation and Culture Council , Lakhimpur District Committee, Lakhimpur Sadar Branch, in collaboration with Bihpuria and Lakhimpur Commerce College Branches and Assamese Department was celebrated on 29-04-2024. The meeting was attended by Dr. Lohit Hazarika, Principal, Lakhimpur College of Commerce as the chief guest. The meeting was attended by Professor Tilak Chandra Deka, Head of Assamese Department. Dr. Shikhamani Bargohai performed the violin at the meeting. Dr. Bibha Dutta recited poems. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Manju Mani Shaikia, Mrs. Mridusmita Hazarika, Pankaj Lochan Das, Jyotismita Bora, Mrinal Pegu, Sourav Chakraborty, Anup Gogoi and Himadri Deka of the College of Commerce.
