Blood Donation Awareness Programme cum Blood Donation Camp held at Lakhimpur Commerce College on 21-05-2022
The NSS unit and Community Development Committee of Lakhimpur Commerce College in collaboration with Marwari Yuva Manch, North Lakhimpur Pragati Branch has organized A Blood Donation Awareness Programme cum Blood Donation Camp on 21-05-2022 at Room No. 5. Miss Dimpi Pareek, an ex-cadre of NSS unit and member of Marwari Yuva Manch anchored the entire programme. The programme started with a brief talk on the subject of blood donation delivered by Dr. Bikash Kr. Singh, Assistant Prof, LMCH followed by a speech by Dr. Lohit Hazarika, principal of the college. Dr. Kabita Pegu, Medical Officer, LMCH was also present in the entire programme.
The meeting was attended by more than 100 attendees including staff from the LMCH, students, teachers and non-teaching staff of the college. Twenty two no. of donors donated blood in the camp.
