Awareness programme on Road Safety held at Lakhimpur Commerce College on 13-10-2022
Awareness programme on Road Safety was organized by Transport Management Committee of Lakhimpur Commerce College in collaboration with District Transport Office, North Lakhimpur on 13th October, 2022. The programme was started with the addressing the dignitaries by Dr. Dadul Rajkonwar, Coordinator of IQAC, Lakhimpur Commerce College. Prof. A. K. Gogoi, Convener of the Transport Management Committee delivered the objective of the programme followed by interactive session with Mr. Rajib Jyoti Bhuyan, Enforcement Officer, Lakhimpur and he also delivered a speech on the rules and regulations for road safety. Dr. Lohit Hazarika, Principal of Lakhimpur Commerce College, delivered a speech on the importance of Road Safety and emphasized on the importance of protecting life of students through the safety measures. The programme ended with the vote of thanks.
